The “it’s time” phrase may be built using only the Akzidenz-Grotesk Pro font (Bold). Take special care to ensure there is
proper spacing in between each letter as well as in between the two words. Use the above examples as proper reference.

Sometimes the hand pitchfork graphic and the “it’s time” phrase may be used together. The examples below indicate the proper positioning of both
elements when combined. At no time should anything (other logos, type, etc.) be placed over the pitchfork graphic. Please make all efforts to use the
examples shown as good reference.

The bearer is entitled to one reserved seat at the event on April 12 in the
Ventana Room of the Memorial Union on ASU’s Tempe campus. You must claim
your seat by 1:45 p.m. or it will be given to someone else. Admission after 1:45 p.m.
will be standing room only up to the available capacity of the room.
The hand pitchfork graphic and the “it’s time” phrase is available to all faculty, staff and student organizations to use in conjunction with programs, clubs and activities that are directly
related to university business. It may not be used by individuals, groups or organizations who are not part of the university community, and it may not be used for personal or other
non-university communications. All requests for exception to these limitations on use must be approved by the Office of Public Affairs.
